Birth Doula Support
As a birth doula, Kristina provides physical, emotional, informational and partner support. There is much to navigate through the birth process, and she comes alongside you prenatally to answer your questions, provide evidence-based information and guidance as you cover a wide variety of topics to best prepare you for your birth experience, and supports the decisions you make.
During labor and birth, she provides a calm and continuous presence, help with hands-on support, coach and encourage you and your partner as needed, and help you stay on track with your desires. She then stays about 1-2 hours after the birth until you are settled and comfortable. This includes support through the first latch or bottle-feed.
INVESTMENT: $700

24/7 on call support starting at 38 weeks

Birth story/timeline for client’s keepsake

*A $350 nonrefundable deposit is due upon contract signing with the remaining $350 due at 37 weeks.

Postpartum Doula Support
As a postpartum doula, Kristina provides emotional, informational, practical and family support within the first 12 weeks after birth. With this “fourth trimester” being a time filled with recovery, adjustment and the unknowns of your baby’s temperament, having someone to listen, process emotions and events with, ask questions to and learn from, and help with some practical needs around the house like dishes and laundry, or simply watching your baby and/or other children to give you a break to rest or shower can be invaluable.
She provides evidence-based information and resources regarding things like breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, soothing techniques, safe sleep and more. She also helps as needed with sibling and family integration as they also go through the changes and adjustments.
INVESTMENT:
$25/hour between 8 AM and 8 PM
$30/hour between 8 PM and 8 AM
$75 deposit upon hire*

1-2 hour prenatal planning home visit
Postpartum care plan
Call/text/email support from time of hire

Full service postpartum care
Services include emotional support, physical recovery support, newborn care, feeding support, postpartum mood and anxiety awareness, sibling care and integration, meal/snack prep, light housework, running errands and more.
*The $75 deposit is nonrefundable. It reserves your spot in my calendar and covers the prenatal planning home visit. This fee is waived if hired for birth doula support.
Birth and Postpartum Consultations
Not everyone desires full service birth or postpartum care, but does desire to have some extra information, guidance and support along the way. That’s what these consults are for.
Birth consults will be for Kristina to learn about your desires, concerns and questions, guide you in knowing your options and making decisions that support your desires and preferences, help you know how to navigate labor/birth that fits your desires and preferences, and more.
Postpartum consults will be for her to learn about your situation and lifestyle to help get your unique needs met, guide you in knowing things to expect and information on physical recovery, newborn care, safe sleep, feeding and more, and assist you in developing a postpartum plan.
INVESTMENT: $200
Includes:

Birth or postpartum care plan
2 hour consult to plan for birth or postpartum care
Call, text and email support from time of hire
- For birth, until 2 weeks after birth
- For postpartum, until 6 weeks after birth
