All 1:1 services must be applied for and are based on Kristina’s availability.
A baseline package must be purchased in order to have access to the add-ons.
If you want to meet Kristina and/or have questions before applying, schedule a complimentary 15-30 minute discovery call.
If you apply first and Kristina approves your application and has availability, a complimentary meet and greet will be scheduled.
Before applying, please review additional add-on options so Kristina knows if you are interested in those.
If you are already a part of Winning Women and desire to add a 1:1 service, price adjustments will be discussed and applied as needed.

As a birth doula, Kristina provides physical, emotional, informational, advocacy and partner support. There is so much to navigate through the birth process, and she comes alongside you prenatally to answer your questions, provide evidence-based information, and give guidance as you plan and prepare for the birth and postpartum experience. While she is a believer in physiological, uninterrupted birth, she also respects medicine and interventions as a tool that can absolutely be necessary in different circumstances.
Regardless, her priority during labor and birth is to make sure you have what you need, be a calm and reassuring presence, offer hands-on support and suggestions as needed, advocate for complete informed consent, and ultimately support you and the decisions you make that are best for your family.
