As a birth doula, Kristina provides physical, emotional, informational, advocacy and partner support. There is so much to navigate through the birth process, and she comes alongside you prenatally to answer your questions, provide evidence-based information, and give guidance as you plan and prepare for the birth and postpartum experience. While she is a believer in physiological, uninterrupted birth, she also respects medicine and interventions as a tool that can absolutely be necessary in different circumstances.
Regardless, her priority during labor and birth is to make sure you have what you need, be a calm and reassuring presence, offer hands-on support and suggestions as needed, advocate for complete informed consent, and ultimately support you and the decisions you make that are best for your family.

Birth/Postpartum Consults
Not everyone desires full service birth or postpartum care, but would benefit from having some extra information, guidance and support in planning for their birth and/or postpartum experience. That’s what these consults are for.
Birth consults will be for Kristina to learn about your desires, concerns and questions, guide you in knowing your birth rights and options, give direction in making a birth plan that supports your desires and preferences, and help you know how to navigate your labor and birth.
Postpartum consults will be for her to learn about your situation and lifestyle to cater to your needs, guide you in knowing things to expect including information on physical recovery, nutrition, newborn care, safe sleep, and feeding, and give direction in making a postpartum plan.
Includes:
Birth or postpartum care plan
2 hour consult to plan for birth or postpartum care
Call, text and email support from time of hire
- For birth, until 2 weeks after birth
- For postpartum, until 6 weeks after birth
Access to quality resource library
Additional local resources and referrals as needed
